Disney is a great place to visit on a holiday.  There are several different Disney Parks to visit.  You have Euro Disney, Disney Paris, Disney Land, and Disney World to choose from.  Disney is also creating a park in Asia.  The point is you have a great place to spend a couple days on holiday this year.  We are going to look specifically at Disney World Orlando.
Orlando is located in the heart of Florida with several other parks surrounding the area.  You can visit Universal Studios, Treasure Island, and Sea World while you are in Orlando.  The tickets for Disney World Orlando will vary.  For a five to seven day trip you can expect to pay 151 pounds per adult ticket and 131 pounds for children under the age of 12.  The fourteen day tickets are a little more at 164 pounds for adults and 141 pounds for children.  The tickets will get you into the Disney theme park and Epcot.  The monorail will take you to whatever park you would like to visit inside the Disney World area.  The tickets don’t include Universal, MGM, or Treasure Island. 
There are other package deals besides the one above for the park.  You can have a package that includes all theme parks located in Orlando.  In this case the package would be a little cheaper than going to each park.  You also tend to be able to stay a little longer because of the package deal.
A package with tickets can include a hotel stay as well.  The hotel and tickets will allow your choice of hotel and give you tickets for the Disney World and Epcot parks.  Even Animal Kingdom will be on the list for the Disney World tickets.  Depending on the package you would like to choose, you could have a breakfast and even formal dinner with the Disney World crew including Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
To get tickets to Disney World Orlando you can go through a travel agent or book online. If you book online you have discount locations to use or you can book straight on the Disney site.  The Disney site is going to have the best package options for you to choose from.  They will offer their leftovers to the discount online websites.  This means you can save a little more by booking through Disney directly.
With a travel agent you can also save a little.  The travel agent will normally have some package deals for certain times of the year.  These packages are offered exclusively to the travel agents.  With these exclusive offers you may even do better than the Disney website.
One last thing to consider is the time of year you travel to Disney World.  The park is open all year long.  In Orlando the temperature can hit 30 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter.  These temperatures are normally during the evenings or if it is about to rain.  The wind may be a little chilly.  The winter season is the best time to go though. When you are at the park during the winter season there are less individuals on the rides.
