Golf Holidays

Do you love to golf?  Is golfing something you will do on your holiday time?  If you are a golfer then you might want to check out some of our suggestions for a golfing holiday.  We have golf holidays located in the UK as well as Europe.  So whether you want to go abroad or stay in your own country, there is going to be something for you to enjoy.  There are plenty of spots in the UK to enjoy especially during your month long holiday.  In fact you might want to go to more than one place to try out different courses for the fun of it.

1. Lisbon, Portugal is a great place to visit for historical reasons.  There are a lot of museums, hotels, and beaches to enjoy while you are in the city.  If you are also into golfing than this might be the holiday for you.  Right now there are some places offering a trip to Lisbon for 210 pounds.  This is for 3 nights at a bed and breakfast with three rounds of golf included.  You just have to get a flight and a car.  Other sites might offer a bit of a different price, but for a stay at the Westin CampoReal it’s not bad.
2. Turkey, Spain, Italy, and Cyprus also have vacations for you to enjoy golfing.  These holidays can be found for 149 pounds.  It will depend on how long you stay as to the exact price.  The number of golfing rounds you want will also affect the price.  The point is you can golf in some of the most beautiful places around the world and still find a golf course to enjoy.  Any hotel worth its salt will have a golf course on premises or nearby for you to use.
3. In Britain golf holidays are starting at 69 pounds.  These vacations will have a couple of nights stay in a local hotel or bed and breakfast along with one or two rounds of golf. 
4. The Belfry in Warwickshire has a 1 night stay, dinner and 2 rounds of golf for 155 pounds during the month of July 2008.
5. De Vere Dunston Hall also has a 2 night break that you can enjoy during the month of July, as well as other times of the year.
6. Marriott Forest of Arden, Celtic Manor, De Vere Belton Woods, Selsdon Park, Q Hotels Forest Pines, and the Royal Birkdale are all great opportunities to be found in the UK.  Five Lakes and Marriott Hanbury Manor are another two options.

The costs of these holidays will be determined by the length of the stay you wish to have, the number of people in your party, and the number of golfing rounds you would like to have.  There are also other activities during the stay to take part of.  In fact if your spouse doesn’t like to golf there are spas, trails, and museums to visit depending on where you choose to go.
